Taking inspiration from PINTEREST (that’s another blog on its own – keep peeled!) I had to make my own!
Harry and I collected some sticks from outside of his school one afternoon which was a task in itself 😉 in addition to sticks, you will need some string, felt, craft feathers and superglue.
Cut 2 triangles from the felt (colour of your choice), superglue one of them and place one end of the stick onto it.
Then add some superglue to the other triangle and stick this on top making a sandwich!
For the opposite end of the stick, spread some glue all around the tip and up the stick about an inch.
Picking out a couple of feathers, place them around the bottom on the glue- I’ve used 2 or 3. No need to let these dry at this point because you want to get the end of your string and holding one end in position, wrap around your end of the stick covering the glue and tips of the feathers.
On this occasion I used UHU GLUE. This is the best as it going tacky quickly and takes moments to dry.
